It takes talent, imagination and top shelf ingredients to make a deliciously crave-worthy crust and sauce. Now about ‘toppings’. First, we never call ours ‘toppings’… that’s basically just saying ‘fillers’. An authentic pizzeria will never have toppings. They have the real ingredients like Italian sausage and charcuterie pepperoni.
